About the club

Westside Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) is a not-for-profit organization in British Columbia that is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of soccer within the community. As one of the Okanagan's largest youth sports organizations, WYSA provides youth soccer to a diverse group of 1,000 youth players through its recreational and select soccer programs.
We acknowledge our presence on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded tm̓xʷúlaʔxʷ (land) of the Syilx / Okanagan people who have resided here since time immemorial.
OUR TEAMS
We offer recreational soccer and select play at various age groups:
* Our U4-U6 FIRST KICKS program is introductory skill and soccer programming meant to create an interest and love for the game
* Our RECREATIONAL program is the heartbeat of our club, and we offer this for the U7-U16 age groups
* The SKILL CENTRE development program is for the U8-U13 age groups that are seeking a higher level of soccer development
* Our SELECT Team program is for the U13-U15 age group. Formerly called the Academy teams, they play in TOYSL
All programs run year-round with the state of the art West Kelowna Multi Sport dome as our winter home!

Sun-soaked lakeshores, agricultural charm, and access to urban jobs and living have made West Kelowna the place to be. We maintain a deep connection with our agricultural roots and we celebrate the one-of-a-kind character of our community.
WYSA has access to premium grass soccer fields and the best indoor soccer dome in the Okanagan.

WYSA is excited to introduce its 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, recently approved by the Board of Directors.
This document will hold staff and board accountable to benchmarks and goals that will ensure the club's stability and growth into the future.
