Welcome to Tony Waiter’s Byte Size Coaching program. This program has been specifically designed by one of Canada’s greatest coaches as a training aid for the novice to the most experienced coach.
Byte Size Coaching is an integral part of any soccer coach’s toolkit. Keep in mind it is but one tool. It is designed so that each coach can utilize parts, if not all of the program. To assess specific drills to the level of their players and if need be, to be able to increase or decrease the level of difficulty, while keeping the players involved and motivated. BSC is a tried and tested approach to coaching soccer as hundreds of clubs around the world are currently utilizing the program with amazing results. Tony has endeavored to try and create the “Total Player”. We are seeing more and more players coming out of clubs that utilize the BSC program with increasingly superior skills that will enable them to compete at whatever level they may choose and more importantly foster a love for the game that will last a lifetime.
